Starz Diner Reintroduces Extravagant International Buffet Dinner for Friends, Families and Colleagues
September 2015, Bali – Hard Rock Hotel Bali is delighted to announce the opening of the newly refurbished, Starz Diner and Starz Deli.
The restaurant closed its doors in February 2015 to undergo an extensive five-month face lift. The venue has now re-opened as the new Starz Diner and Starz Deli offering a brand new Rock ‘N Roll look and feel with an even more extensive international menu.
The interior design and seating areas incorporate with the spirit of musical legends such as Elvis Presley, Bob Marley and Jimi Hendrix, creating the look and ambiance of a golden era of Hard Rock music.
The 338-seater restaurant is the best venue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with families, friends and colleagues. The restaurant also regularly hosts leisure and business groups, who enjoy International feasts that pleases their palate while holidaying in Bali. The culinary team has created a buffet selection of International delights and comfort foods including Pasta Live Station, Soup Live Station with savory soup broths. Starz Diner also serves authentic Balinese cuisine and received great reviews for its famous Balinese Suckling Pig every Wednesday evening. Patrons are greeted by the Balinese-dressed servers and the ambiance is essentially Balinese.
New specialties introduced at Starz Diner include Slow Roast Pork Belly with Truffle Hoisin Sauce, Mutton Stew with Chickpeas and Yoghurt, and Spinach Pie.
Fantastic dinners are not complete without the tantalizing desserts. Starz Diner’s patrons enjoy signature desserts and selection of Cakes. A kids menu is also available to complete a treasured dinner experience at Starz Diner.
