BALI, October 28, 2013 – Edogin Japanese Restaurant at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas – Nusa Dua, Bali proudly presents an intimate epicurean evening with Ozeki Sake on Thursday, 7 November 2013. In this unique tasting experience, Mulia’s acclaimed Japanese chef will be showcasing his specialties in a seven-course set dinner paired alongside the ultra-premium sakes Judan-Jikomi Junmai-Dai-Ginjo “The Masterpiece” and the recently-released Hana-Awaka “Sparkling Flower”.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at The Bar at 18.30 featuring Mulia’s Ume Shisho Sake Mojito and Yuzu Sake Martini, accompanied by Edogin’s classic appetizers.
Seated in the chic dining area of Edogin, the highlight of the gastronomic event will be the Black Cod Saikyo Yaki, the most popular dish in Japan. Originating from Kyoto, the inherent sweetness is lent to the dish from the miso paste that it is marinated in. Black cod is chosen in the preparation due to its moist and flaky texture that the fish retains after high temperature baking as well as its high-quality proteins and essential Omega-3 oils. The chefs behind Edogin believe in the importance of presenting beautiful, yet healthy dishes to its patrons.
